ALTERNANTHERA REINECKII (SCARLET TEMPLE)

Description

Comes in a bunched presentation. This A.R. is capable of adapting to either above or underwater environments. In the Aquarium it is kept in the mid to background sections as it can grow tall and be kept healthy with constant trimming. Higher light will intensify its pinkish coloration.

Propagation of this plant is done through trimming and replanting the clippings. For a denser plant, replant the clippings in between the trimmed stems. Cut one stem and two new stems will grow Fromm every node.
